One of the pillars of the Ecomonedas ecosystem is the fair recognition of the value of each service offered. To achieve this, we use a level-based system that allows members to set symbolic rates in Ecomonedas (EC), based on their professional background, training, commitment, and type of service.
🎯 Why Do We Use Levels?
Because not everyone is at the same professional stage, and not all services require the same level of preparation, time, or depth. This system is not meant to create hierarchy but to offer a transparent and balanced framework for exchanges—avoiding unfair comparisons and fostering trust among members.

🔁 How Is the Level Determined?
During pre-registration, each person proposes their initial level based on honesty and self-assessment.
Once membership is approved, preferred members (founders and early participants) review the proposed level and, if necessary, suggest adjustments to maintain coherence and fairness within the ecosystem.
Levels are not static: any member can request an annual review if they feel they have grown professionally and wish to move to a new level.
